I have barely touched Google+. I have not really ventured into G+ territory for either personal or professional (IHEC and related activities) purposes. Last week during some online discussions I was having related to my "Bottom Eleven U.S. States Receiving International Students in 2010-11" post here on IHEC Blog a colleague suggested that IHEC Blog venture into Google+.
