Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), U.S. Department of State - will temporarily pause all ECA-funded programs that involve travel to and from countries with heightened U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Alert Level 2 (Practice Enhanced Precautions) and Warning Level 3 (Avoid Nonessential Travel) or heightened State Department COVID-19 related Travel Advisory Levels 3 (Reconsider Travel) and 4 (Do Not Travel).

Amigos de las Américas - Suspended 2020 Summer Programs and the Spring Gap Program
Arizona State University - China, Italy, South Korea
Athena Study Abroad - general policy statement + COVID-19 Factsheet
Ball State University - Cancelled all Summer study abroad programs and Fall semester study abroad programs scheduled to depart this Summer
Brandeis University - banned all travel (both domestic and international) until May 3, 2020
Bringham Young University - China, Italy, Mongolia, South Korea
Boston College (2) - China, South Korea, Italy
Boston University - all spring study abroad
Bowling Green State University - all spring break international travel
CET Academic Programs - China, Italy
CIS Abroad - Italy, South Korea
City University of New York - China, Italy, Japan, Iran, South Korea
Clemson University - All international travel suspended
Columbia College Chicago - cancelling all domestic and international travel for college business and employee professional development reasons until further notice.
Cornell University - Should the CDC categorize a destination as "Warning Level 3: Avoid Nonessential Travel" prior to a program start date, Cornell will follow CDC guidelines, impose travel restrictions, and cancel the related study abroad program.  If the CDC categorizes a travel destination as "Warning Level 3: Avoid Nonessential Travel" during a program, the program will continue.
Cultural Vistas
Denison University - CDC and State Department both issue Level 3 warnings
Drexel University - All education abroad programs will be discontinued for the spring term, but students who are abroad on Drexel-affiliated programs in non-high-risk countries will be permitted to stay to complete their programs. 
Duke University - suspending all non-essential university-funded travel, both domestic and international.  Requests for exceptions should be made to your supervisor or dean. 
Duquesne University - suspended all University sponsored international travel for faculty, staff or students through May 31, 2020. Non-essential domestic travel is also canceled.
East Carolina University - CDC Level 2 or Level 3 designations and Department of State Level 3 or Level 4 designations for coronavirus (COVID-19).
Eastern Washington University - all study abroad programming suspended
Elon University - All non-essential university travel has been suspended until further notice.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Iran
Fairleigh Dickinson University - CDC Level 3 Countries
Florida International University - Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea
George Mason University Korea - South Korea
Georgetown University - South Korea
Global Education Oregon - CDC Level 3 Countries
Grand Valley State University - Grand Valley-sponsored international travel at least through March 30
Harvard University - All University-related international travel is prohibited and all University-related non-essential domestic air travel is prohibited
Hope College - All college-sponsored student trips through April 13, including spring break trips, are canceled.
Illinois State University - Effective March 16, all University-sponsored, non-essential domestic travel and all international travel is suspended until further notice. All Summer 2020 study abroad programs and international internships are cancelled.
Iowa State University - All university-sponsored international travel remains suspended for students, faculty, and staff since March 5. The Board of Regents will be extending the 30-day travel ban by 7 days each Monday, effective March 9, until conditions improve.
Kean University - Suspended all international student travel programs, including Travelearn programs scheduled for Spring Break
Kent State University - Effective immediately, all university-sponsored travel – domestic and international – is canceled through April 13.
Lehigh University - CDC Level 3 Countries
Louisiana State University - All international study abroad experiences going forward are canceled through August 17, 2020
Loyola University Chicago John Felice Rome Center (JFRC) - Italy
Loyola Marymount University - CDC Level 3 countries
Marquette University - continuing to monitor the situation on the ground in each country and location where our students are studying, and we are not anticipating making any universal decisions regarding all of our students currently abroad.
Michigan State University - university-sponsored international travel is suspended until April 20
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities - all international Minnesota State-related business travel for students, faculty, or staff
Minnesota State University Mankato - suspended all Minnesota State-related international travel involving students, faculty and staff
Montclair State University - CDC Level 3 countries
Morehouse College (2)-  all faculty-led study abroad programs until further notice
Morgan State University - All Study Abroad and International Student Travel Suspended for Remainder of Spring Semester and Summer Season
New York University - all non-essential University-related international travel and travel domestically to California and Washington State prohibited until further notice
Northwestern University - CDC Level 3 Warning and all University-sponsored spring break travel, graduate and undergraduate, has been cancelled for 2020. 
Ohio State University -  All university-sponsored international travel is suspended and University-sponsored domestic air travel will be limited to business essential travel and will be approved on an as-needed basis
Rice University - banning all university-sponsored international travel for faculty, staff, postdocs and students through April 30.
Rowan University - no longer accepting applications for University-related international travel through May 31, Students currently studying abroad do not have to return at this time
Rutgers University - Canceled Rutgers-sponsored study abroad semester programs, international spring break programs, and Rutgers faculty-sponsored study abroad programs
Sant'Anna Institute - Italy
Semester at Sea - Spring 2020 Voyage itinerary change
Seminars International 
Seton Hall University - All spring 2020 study abroad programs cancelled
Southern Methodist University - all study abroad programs cancelled
Stanford University - restricting university-sponsored international travel, to any country. Faculty and staff can request an exception by completing the COVID-19 International Travel Exception Request form
State University of New York - China, Italy, Japan, Iran, South Korea
Stockton University - until further notice, the University has suspended international travel for students, faculty and staff that is led, coordinated and/or funded by the University.
Syracuse University - prohibiting all university-sponsored international travel. This prohibition extends to all faculty, staff, and students. 
SUNY Korea - South Korea
Temple University- suspending university-affiliated international travel by students, faculty and staff to any area under a CDC warning of Level 1 or higher for COVID-19. This measure will be in effect until the end of the spring semester. 
The American University of Rome - Italy
The College of Global Studies, Arcadia University - Italy
The Ohio State University - China, Iran, Italy, South Korea
Towson University - all study abroad programming suspended
Troy University - All study abroad programming cancelled
Tulane University - All non-essential university-related international and domestic travel is being suspended. Exceptions must be approved by the Provost or the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
University of Akron - All international travel through May 31, 2020
University of Arizona - CDC Level 3
University of Arkansas - suspending all university-sponsored out-of-state travel – both domestic and international – for the next 60 day [from March 11]
University of California System - CDC Level 2 & 3 Countries
University of Chicago - strongly discourages travel to CDC Level 3
University of Colorado Boulder (2)- China, Italy, South Korea, France, Spain, Japan, Germany, Czech Republic
University of Dallas Eugene Constantin Rome Campus - Italy
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign - prohibiting all international travel on university-sponsored business for faculty, staff and students from March 16 until further notice
University of Iowa - Italy, Spain, France, Germany
University of Kansas - China, Iran, South Korea, Italy
University of Kentucky - All University-sponsored or endorsed travel internationally is suspended indefinitely. There is an appeals process.

University of Michigan - Suspending all U-M international travel until at least April 21 and all U-M education abroad programs will be altered or suspended.
University of Minnesota - All non-essential, University-funded travel, both domestic and international, for faculty, staff, and students has been cancelled from March 16 - April 30, 2020
University of Mississippi - Summer study abroad programs, starting between May and August 2020, are cancelled.  All university-affiliated international travel is prohibited until further notice.
University of Missouri - all university-related non-essential international and domestic travel is suspended until April 12

University of Nebraska Kearney - CDC Level 3
University of Nevada, Reno - China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Japan
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - All summer 2020 study abroad and international education programs are canceled
University of North Dakota - requiring all students to evacuate all study abroad programs and return to the U.S. immediately
University of Northern Colorado - All CDC Level 2 & 3 countries
University of Northern Iowa - All summer 2020 study abroad
University of Oklahoma - suspending all international and domestic travel for University-related business or academic purposes effective Friday, March 13, 2020, until further notice
University of Oregon - All nonessential university travel, both domestic and international, is suspended indefinitely.
University of Pittsburgh (2) - All spring and summer study abroad
University of Richmond -  canceled all University-sponsored international travel involving students over spring break.
University of South Florida - China, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea
University of Southern California (2) - All international spring break programs and all domestic and international university-related, non-essential travel for students, faculty, and staff is suspended until March 29

Following are two resources that I find very helpful in putting 2019-nCoV in perspective and I thank Mark Ashwill of Capstone Vietnam for putting them on my radar:

1.
