Leo S. Rowe Pan American Fund

The Leo S. Rowe Pan American Fund or “The Rowe Fund” in cooperation with the Organization of American States grants interest free students loans to individuals from Latin America and Caribbean countries to help cover their studies and research at accredited institutions of higher education in the United States. Loans are made on the understanding that upon completion of their studies, recipients will return to their home countries and assist in their countries’ economic development and social integration.
